From the ground up, building a community through initial awareness and pre-leasing campaigns, to welcoming our first residents and onsite commercial operators. The evolving brand represents a choice of living for 2,000+ residents, extensive outdoor landscaped spaces and exclusive amenities and services, bringing a new dimension to Manchester’s pioneering First Street regeneration.

Square Gardens continues to grow its online presence, from initial teaser to an extensive data-driven website, supporting an ‘always on’ rental marketing position.
Fulfilling ongoing leasing requires coordinated multi-channel activation. Our Gardener’s Handbook (brand toolkit) guides spirit for onboarding and behaviour, as well as maintaining consistent application of look and feel – supporting day to day.
