The last major collection of new homes, within Kings Cross, London’s most extraordinary neighbourhood. With a legacy that spanned over 20 years our challenge was to weave the Capella narrative seamlessly into the established story, of a place that never stands still while marketing the property against the backdrop of the pandemic.
A living attitude
Drawing on the area’s rich and diverse heritage and strong sense of community, we created a brand identity and programme of marketing acting as an open invite to all, encouraging people to join in and create their future at King’s Cross.
The tone of voice isn’t what we say, but how we say it. It’s the language we use and the personality we project. Colours reflect the architectural design and interior finishes and photography that put together enrich our brand storytelling.
